SHIPMENT & CUSTOMER CARE

Order

All prices and offers remain valid.

Once you have placed your order you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. Unless, you cancel your order according to our cancellation policy (below), your bag will be delivered within 7-14 business days. Please note, each bag is made to order.

Payments

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, & Paypal. We DO NOT accept any checks. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to LOLA by Alyssa Simone, items will not be shipped.

Shipment

Items will only be shipped once payment has been approved and the shipping/billing address has been verified.

Your bag will be delivered within 7-14 business days from the date of order. 

Cancellations

We are only able to honor cancellations before item(s) are shipped. Once item(s) are shipped, cancellations are not accepted. 

Returns

Unfortunately, there are NO returns or exchanges for sale items. 

Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted if you receive a damaged item. If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within five days of receiving the item. After five days, exchanges are not honored. We will exchange the original purchased item(s) or supplement with an item only of equal value.

If the item you received is damaged, please email us at sales@lolabyalyssasimone.com. Please include your name, address and a detailed reason for exchange. 

Please note, the item is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. We are not responsible for exchanges that are lost in transit.

All exchanges must be in original packaging. We will not exchange any goods that show signs of wear and tear.

The exchange process can take up to 21 days.

Repairs
